海关总署：中哈海关确定合作重点

　　中哈合作委员会口岸和海关合作分委会第五次会议4月15日在上海闭幕。中国海关总署署长盛光祖与哈萨克斯坦海关监管委员会主席卡尔布佐夫当天签署会议纪要，进一步加强两国口岸和海关领域合作。
　　根据会议纪要，双方同意在确保落实已商定的统一口岸工作时间、改善口岸基础设施、提高口岸通行效率的基础上，研究选取1个边境重点口岸进行7天24小时通关试点的可行性，并在此基础上研究下一步合作建议。
　　中哈农业的互补性很强，目前双方在农业领域的合作日益密切，中哈农产品贸易量不断有新的突破。双方同意建立两国蔬菜、农副产品快速通关“绿色通道”，对上述货物快速验放，为扩大两国农产品贸易创造便利条件。
　　中国海关总署署长盛光祖表示，会议进一步明确了两国口岸和海关合作的重点方向，为今后两国开展多层次、宽领域、全方位的务实合作奠定了坚实基础。
