带三台IPAD平板电脑两台依法缴进口税

        近日，宁波海关在旅检渠道查获了两台超量携带的IPAD平板电脑，并对携带人做出了补缴税款的决定。
        9月19日下午，宁波海关隶属机场海关旅检关员在对MU716次航班的旅客通关进行例行监管时，发现一名外籍旅客的行李在通过X光机后，显示屏上出现了三台笔记本模样的物品，经开包查验，包内是三台崭新的IPAD平板电脑。宁波机场海关根据相关规定和税则，对其中两台超出自用合理范围的IPAD征收了行邮税。
       海关提醒，对于自行购置使用携带IPAD入境的旅客，海关将按照自用合理数量原则予以征税验放。个人携带进出境的行李物品应当以自用、合理数量为限，且居民旅客在境外获取总值超过人民币5000元的自用物品，或非居民旅客拟留在境内总值超过2000元的物品，入境时均要如实向海关申报。（周玲）
