海关总署去年CEPA货物进口快速增长

　　据《人民日报》报道记者从海关总署获悉：2010年内地进口香港CEPA项下货物8.83亿美元，关税优惠4.72亿美元，同比分别增长了28.86%和23.52%；进口澳门CEPA项下货物839.60万美元，关税优惠401.99万美元，同比分别增长了96.94%和38.14%。
　　2010年是港澳CEPA实施7周年，内地海关加强与港澳有关部门的合作，建立了联络官定期会晤、信息交流、归类咨询等多项互助机制。其中，拱北海关实行的CEPA“绿色通道”、内地与澳门海关查验结果参考互认的“绿色关锁”制度，使CEPA零关税货物通关效率由原来的半天时间缩短为不到半个小时。
