长春海关一次查获侵权手机近两千部（图）

近日，长春海关下属珲春海关在对出境客车进行检查时，在车厢后排座椅下和发动机机箱内发现未向海关申报的纸箱11个。经开箱检查，发现全部为手机及其附件，涉及iphone（苹果）、Nokia（诺基亚）、Sony Ericsson（索尼爱利信）三个品牌，共1989部，案值约100余万元，手机内置系统全部为俄文版。
此案是长春海关有史以来查获数量最多的一起涉嫌手机侵权案件。经三个品牌权利人在华知识产权海关保护代理人确认，这批产品未经授权生产，属侵权产品。珲春海关立即组织精干力量展开调查，已将涉嫌侵权嫌疑人抓获。（廉玉富）
