中国冷轧卷板出口猛涨原铝进口持续下滑

中国4月份的黑色金属及有色金属交易市场态势并不稳定。黑色金属方面，冷轧卷板的出口自2010年6月以来达到历史最高，而不锈钢扁平轧材出口则是呈下降趋势。今年的每月镍矿进口量达到最高，其中含镍生铁需求旺盛。而铝进口则达到近7个月以来的最低水平。目前冷轧卷板的出口量超过了热轧卷板，主要是由于中国政府为平缓贸易摩擦，减少了一些钢铁产品的出口退税，其中就包括了热轧卷板。

中国近期的原铝进口量或许将继续下降。电力短缺对铝加工行业的影响比铝冶炼行业更大，因为后者中许多冶炼厂都有单独的发电设备。

上海的一位分析师在接受采访时表示，铝业下游产业链的需求在未来几个月内前景堪忧。

四月份，中国的每日铝产量创新高，上升了6个百分点，在产能方面超过了政府的调控。但是现在，由于政府的调控和一些企业集团的需求下降，铝业产能的上升趋势将受到抑制。
