　　据《深圳商报》报道　　记者昨日从深圳海关获悉，今年以来，深圳海关不断加大对知识产权的保护力度，仅1～5月份，就查获侵权货物1700多万件。　　
　　据了解，深圳海关从强化日常监管入手，不断提高风险分析水平，以打击侵犯知识产权和制售假冒伪劣商品为重点，积极开展海关知识产权保护专项活动，查获了大批侵权货物，严厉打击了进出口侵权商品的不法行为。今年以来，深圳海关查获的侵权物品主要集中在机电产品、服装、香烟、箱包、化妆品等商品，被侵权品牌涉及DIOR（迪奥）、HERMES（爱马仕）、NIKE（耐克）、NOKIA（诺基亚）、IPHONE等多个国内外知名品牌。　　
　　深圳海关关员告诉记者，不仅国内企业要注意保护“中国制造”的国际声誉，民族品牌也应主动提高知识产权保护力度，通过法律武器维护自身权益。根据目前施行的《知识产权海关保护条例》，权利人向海关申请备案后，海关不仅可以在口岸环节更好地打击侵权行为，还可通过国际合作帮助企业查处跨境侵权活动。
