国家发改委20日公布2011年上半年冶金行业运行情况。首6个月，铁矿砂进口3.3425亿吨，增长8.1%。钢坯进口28万吨，增长6.8%。焦炭出口245万吨，增长75.2%。焦炭产量2.1038亿吨，增长11.7%，减缓9.7个百分点。铁合金产量1401万吨，增长21.7%，减缓5.5个百分点。
上半年，钢材出口2433万吨，增长3.2%；进口803万吨，下降4.8%。全国粗钢产量3.5054亿吨，按年增长9.6%，增速按年减缓11.5个百分点；钢材产量4.3741亿吨，增长12.8%，减缓13.3个百分点。
