宁波海关快速验放核电机组反应堆压力容器大型部件

        7月28日，浙江省三门县三门核电有限公司从国外进口的AP1000核电机组反应堆压力容器筒体登陆宁波口岸，宁波海关快速为企业办理了通关手续。
        此次验放的设备重约280吨，是全球首台AP1000核电机组反应堆压力容器的重要组成部分，也是三门核电开工建设以来进口的最大单件设备。
        为支持地方经济发展，促进重大项目顺利进行，宁波海关提前介入，实施跟踪服务，并在减免税审批、通关、加工贸易、后续管理等方面提供全面的法律法规和政策咨询，研究并制定省市重大项目通关便利措施。（李涛涛、陈莹/文）
