山东济南海关试点“无纸通关、单证暂存”

    日前，山东济南海关正式启动“无纸通关、单证暂存”试点，参与试点的企业通关时只需提交电子数据，无须向海关递交纸质报关单证。
    “无纸通关、单证暂存”是海关总署遵循“信任管理”原则，提速通关效率、降低企业通关成本而推出的一项新的服务举措。与以往相比，该模式让企业免去了事后交单环节，企业进出口货物时只需通过网络向海关提交通关电子数据，海关审核无误后即可办结通关手续，报关所需的相关纸质单证由企业自行保管，省略了纸面单证的流转。
    据悉，A类及以上的高资信企业可以优先享受“单证暂存”带来的好处。对于这些企业中不涉及许可证件、不涉及征税、减免税和海关查验的进出口货物，企业可以轻松应用该模式来报关，海关定期到企业对相关的报关单证进行复核。
