我国大豆食品蛋白加工出口量占全球50%

    前不久，首届中国大豆食品蛋白加工企业峰会透露，目前我国专门从事大豆食品蛋白加工的企业近60家，规模以上有影响力的企业约20家，大豆食品蛋白加工在我国已成为一个新兴产业，出口量已占世界市场份额的50%。
    据中国大豆协会副会长刘登高介绍，我国大豆具有非转基因、高蛋白的优势，属于食品级大豆，除了直接食用外，主要用于食品、食品蛋白加工企业及保健药品生产。近10年来，大豆蛋白加工业的迅速发展，广阔的国际食品蛋白市场的需求，中国13亿人的健康、营养需求，成为中国大豆产业发展的强劲动力。
    据了解，近几年国外食品企业也看好中国大豆的品质，纷纷来中国建厂从事国产大豆食品蛋白的加工出口业务。外国专家预言，中国非转基因、高蛋白大豆将会成为稀缺资源。
