南京海关查获33套侵权出口船用备件（图）

3月15日，南京海关隶属江阴海关在对某企业申报出口的一批用于在港外轮修理的船用备件查验时，发现有33套圆柱滚子轴承涉嫌侵犯了“NTN”商标专用权，价值13860 美元。
经权利人NTN株式会社确认后，该关于3月27日对该批出口船用备件依法扣留并立案调查。这是江阴海关“国门之盾”行动开展以来查发的第一起侵犯知识产权的案件，也是南京海关关区在出口供船渠道查获的第一起知识产权侵权案件。目前，该案正在进一步的调查之中。
