宁波海关荣获在华日资企业评选的“知识产权保护突出贡献部门”奖

        近日，宁波海关派员参加“在华日资企业知识产权保护贡献部门颁奖礼”活动，日资企业知识产权保护联盟及日本贸易振兴机构向宁波海关颁发了“知识产权保护突出贡献部门”奖，以感谢该关在知识产权海关保护工作上作的贡献。
        据了解，2011年宁波海关共查获89起涉嫌侵犯日本知识产权的案件，查获相关侵权货物数量2036万件，涉案货值达6900万元人民币，侵权货物包括箱包、汽车配件、电子数码产品等，涉及HELLO KITTY、HITACHI、LEXUS、Panasonic、SONY等多个知名品牌。
        在打击侵权“拼硬仗”的同时，宁波海关积极发挥“软实力”作用，广泛寻求与在华日资企业的互助合作。2011年共有包括株式会社电装、丰田汽车公司在内的近十家在华日资企业走进海关，为关员介绍商品知识、鉴别真伪技巧。海关向这些企业宣传了知识产权海关保护工作方面的政策措施，双方互动交流，共同探索知识产权保护策略。
