福建开展通关无纸化试点企业一年节省414万元

检验检疫局统计，试点实行1年来，该模式共放行出口货物2.07万批，为企业节约通关时间4.14万小时，节省费用约414万元。
去年8月8日，首批3家诚信资质企业率先受益。今年试点范围扩大到13家，所有在福州关区口岸报检出口的货物，检验检疫部门不再签发纸质通关单，海关凭检验检疫局发送的通关单电子数据，直接为出口企业办理通关手续。试点企业只需在工厂将出口货物电子信息发送到检验检疫申报平台，即可办结所有检验检疫手续，每批次出口货物检验检疫放行仅需5分钟。
