北京海关启动无纸化通关试点

    8月20日，北京海关正式启动无纸化通关试点，包括中国图书进出口集团有限公司、富士康等在内的6家符合要求的高资信企业成为首批受益者，通关时间将大幅缩短。
    北京海关是全国唯一一个空运进口通关无纸化试点海关。
    据该关监管通关处副处长张旭介绍，上述高资信企业可将所有报关单及随附的纸质单证转变为电子数据，通过网络完成申报、通关的全过程。北京海关第一票通关无纸化报关单从申报到放行仅用时19秒，而此前，企业需到海关现场打印并排队办理相关报关手续，平均通关时间约两个小时。
    据悉，此次全国共有12个海关启动了试点工作。海关总署计划在2015年实现在全国海关和全部进出口货物实现通关作业无纸化。
