欧盟进口纺织服装包装行业企业危机预警

   欧盟化学品管理署正式发布了第七批13种SVHC物质，候选清单将达到86种物质，这些物质重点涉及纺织、包装等行业。
    此次发布的REACH法规第七批13种SVHC物质，对国内企业影响较为明显的几种物质分别是：三氧化二硼、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、替罗昔隆、结晶紫、碱性蓝26、溶剂蓝4，新增的13种物质大部分应用于纸张、包装、纺织、塑料等产品的着色，因此对泉州市的纺织、包装、塑料、印刷等行业的影响很大。
    泉州目前为国内纺织服装主要出口基地之一。2011年，泉州检验检疫局共检验监管出口服装4.6万批、货值18.54亿美元，其中出口欧盟纺织服装2.28万批、货值9.63亿美元。
