中山海关：查获两批侵权灯具

        近日，中山海关依法扣留涉嫌侵犯美国“UL”安全保证标志的灯具5028支。这已是该关5月份以来查获的第2宗同类侵权案件。
        5月13日，中山市某公司向中山海关驻中山港办事处申报出口LED灯管、灯泡共5028支，申报总价9.6万美元。这票货物引起查验关员的重视，经查验，灯座底下赫然有“UL”标志，涉嫌侵犯美国“UL”安全保证标志，经权利人确认后，海关依法扣留了该批货物。
        此前的5月7日，中山海关驻中山港办事处查获4122台落地灯、台灯，该批货物涉嫌侵犯美国“UL”安全保证标志。
