　　日前，在青岛海关下属黄岛海关的实地监管下，3650条侵权假冒摩托车轮胎被物理切割销毁。相比于传统的销毁方式，环保销毁既消除了侵权商品对知识产权权利人带来的不利影响，也保证了自然环境不受破坏。
　　黄岛海关一直以来注重进出口环节知识产权保护工作，通过深入企业宣传知识产权保护政策、强化风险信息监控分析并加强与知识产权权利人的联系配合等方式严厉打击侵权行为。此次销毁的侵权轮胎是黄岛海关与权利人徐州汉邦轮胎有限公司沟通配合，通过风险分析布控查发的。涉案公司假冒生产该企业品牌轮胎，给企业信用和品牌声誉造成恶劣影响，海关通过查发侵犯该品牌的摩托车轮胎案，有效地截断了侵权产品的出口渠道，给企业挽回了损失。
