安徽协会积极参加涉企收费清理工作

     8月6日，安徽报关协会秘书长马传会受诸葛瑞松会长委托，参加合肥海关副关长王荣军主持召开的清理涉企收费工作会议，代表安徽报关协会向合肥海关领导和与会人员汇报收取会费、无纸化通关《代理报关委托书/委托报关协议》管理系统开发利用、运行维护费方面的情况，表示坚决落实国务院办公厅关于《进一步加强涉企收费管理减轻企业负担的通知》精神，按照国务院和安徽省政府清理涉企收费的要求，以讲政治、维护大局和企业利益、积极推进深化改革的态度，认真做好涉企收费清理工作。

会后，根据会议讨论情况和合肥海关领导的要求，本持行业自律和“报关协会以服务会员企业为根本宗旨和职能、以促进报关行业持续健康发展为根本目的”的原则精神，对近几年来收取会费和少量无纸化通关电子委托系统运行维护费的情况进行认真回顾，坚持收费明理合法、有事实依据、符合规定、有利于提供和做好服务、不增加企业负担“五项原则”，并及时阐明依据、理由据实上报，落实相关要求。
